Rules of Promotion

General

As used herein, an ‘Affiliate’ shall mean any natural or legal person who has registered and is accepted by CareerHunter™ as a member into the CareerHunter™ affiliate programme.

  • Contain sexually explicit, violence, hate or offensive content;
  • Promote illegal activities or otherwise violate any laws;
  • Promote politically religious agendas and/or any known associations with hate, criminal and/or terrorist activities;
  • Promote gambling;
  • Include ‘CareerHunter’ or variations or misspellings thereof in domain names and/or publication names;
  • Incorporate any materials which infringe, or assist others to infringe, on any copyright, trademark and/or intellectual property rights or to violate the law;
  • Contain software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other Affiliates in our programme;
  • Use misleading or fraudulent means to prompt clicks;
  • Offer rebates, coupons or other form of promised kickbacks from your commission as an incentive

Promotional materials

CareerHunter™ grants the Affiliate a revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the promotional materials, including marketing content and graphical materials, as supplied by CareerHunter™, either upon request or within the Affiliate Dashboard, for display on the Affiliate’s website(s) and/or social media account(s) for the sole purpose of participating in the CareerHunter™ Affiliate Programme.

The Affiliate is prohibited from distributing, reproducing, modifying, amending and/or creating derivative works of the promotional materials without authorisation from CareerHunter™.

Promotion on blogs/websites

Affiliates are only permitted to share their uniquely generated Affiliate tracking code on their blogs or websites which have been approved by CareerHunter™.

Affiliates must incorporate their uniquely generated Affiliate tracking code in any and links which are created for the purpose of promoting CareerHunter™ in any online and offline capacity.

Affiliates should follow any and all guidelines as prescribed by the Federal Trade Commission and/or other regulatory body when promoting CareerHunter™ products, services and webpages on their blogs or websites. This may include the placement of disclaimers that clearly and unambiguously disclose the nature of Affiliate links. Affiliates are solely responsible for reviewing and implementing any such guidelines on their blogs or websites, and understand and agree that CareerHunter™ is not liable to any penalties imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies on their blogs or websites as a result of failure in following such guidelines.

Affiliates are advised to review Google’s Webmaster Guidelines and/or other search engine guidelines, and implement any relevant guidelines when promoting and/or creating Affiliate links to any CareerHunter™ products, services and/or webpages. CareerHunter™ will not be liable to any penalties imposed by Google and/or other search engine as a result of failure in following such guidelines.

Promotion of coupon codes

Affiliates are only permitted to share their uniquely generated Coupon Codes to the users and audience of their own websites and social media channels in such a manner as authorised by CareerHunter™.

Coupon Codes must not be shared or advertised publicly, whether online or offline, and must not be published on third-party mediums, including websites, forums, social media accounts or other channels without the explicit written permission of CareerHunter™.

Promotion in emails

Affiliates are permitted to send email invitations to their own mailing list(s) to test and/or purchase access to CareerHunter™, provided that they use email marketing best practices and they do not send emails to unsolicited recipients. Any email blasts (such as sending emails to bulk lists) are strictly prohibited, unless authorisation has been obtained by CareerHunter™. Affiliates are authorised to invite users manually via email (such as a single send email), provided that the recipient is known to the Affiliate.

Affiliates understand and agree that any and all email templates created to promote CareerHunter™ must be sent to CareerHunter™ for review and approval prior to distribution.

Promotion on social media channels

Affiliates may only promote CareerHunter™ on their own social media accounts. Any promotion of CareerHunter™ on third-party pages, groups and/or communities on any social media channel is strictly prohibited without authorisation from CareerHunter™.

You understand and agree that any and all materials, including text, graphics, audio and video, that you produce to promote CareerHunter™ on your own and/or on third-party social media channels is subject to the approval of CareerHunter™ prior to the publication of such materials on social media.

Earnings

Affiliate earnings are paid via PayPal to the account that is provided inside your CareerHunter™ account area. No cash or other alternative payments are currently available.

Earnings from valid sales can be monitored inside the Affiliate account area. Earnings are locked for 30 days and then are made available for withdrawal via the form of a payment request.

The Affiliate must request a payout via the Affiliate account area, provided that the Affiliate has reached the minimum payout amount of 100.00 US dollars/Euro/Pound sterling. No automatic payments will be issued at any given time.

Payment requests will be reviewed internally and processed within 5 working days from the request date. We reserve the right to withhold earnings if we have evidence or reason to believe that such earnings were accumulated through fraudulent means and/or by otherwise violating these Rules of Promotion and/or our Terms of Use

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

CareerHunter™ reserves the right to change commission rates, processing procedures and/or payment schedules at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
